The focus of our advisory work is to craft African entry strategies and strategic relationships that allow for a controlled but large scale entry into Africa. We assess any request in any industry before deciding whether we feel confident that we can deliver tangible results. Historically our focus has been mostly on consumer goods, financial services, property and construction and renewable energy.
Our advisory fees are not time-based but deliverable-based and we ensure our clients that we will only take on assignments if we have extensive networks at the most senior levels in a given industry.
